Testimonials
Over the past 18 years I’ve worked with clients from organisations as diverse as the BBC, NHS and the Tate to leading charities such as Cancer Research UK, the Royal British Legion and the Obesity Empowerment Network. Here are some of my clients' stories.
I had a fantastic Power Hour with Amy when I was preparing for a C-suite interview process. Amy furnished me with neat frameworks that helped me to get my message across in a virtual interview environment. And I got the job! I'd highly recommend a Power Hour for anyone: from those who are looking to step up their career through to those who haven't interviewed in a while.

My coaching sessions with Amy have been a highly informative and effective way to identify my strengths and weaknesses, but more importantly my transferable skills. The experience has been instrumental in transforming how I think about what I can offer and therefore the career opportunities available to me. Amy is an approachable, experienced individual and I would not hesitate to recommend her.
Solicitor, private practice
During Covid my team had nearly doubled. We were coming back into new office spaces and had not worked face-to-face for over 18 months. I wanted to find a way to re-connect.
Following a number of in-depth discussions with Amy, we chose to use the FIRO-B psychometric tool. This provided a cost-effective and engaging approach to understanding team dynamics, helping people recognise where they may be giving out mixed messages and how this could be affecting their relationships with colleagues.
With Amy’s expert support and facilitation we were able to run a whole Directorate session, as well as one more tailored to how Leadership could use the learnings across their teams. I think all of us learnt something about how we may be seen by others that could improve working relationships.
Director Fundraising and Communications, Mental Health Foundation
Amy is an extremely skilled action learning facilitator, and has worked with us on our core management development programme.
Due to the pandemic, we had to rapidly adjust what had been a face to face programme to a purely online one and like all of us Amy had to quickly adapt her practice to virtual facilitation at the same time as getting to grips with unfamiliar technology. We were able to continue to offer high quality support to managers through action learning just when they needed it the most.
Feedback has been very positive so much so that we are continuing to facilitate virtual sets. Thanks Amy for your expertise and advice in helping us to make the move to virtual.

My session with Amy was a huge eye-opener. She provided me with coaching tools that made me question my priorities and goals, and the discussion that followed strikingly highlighted what excites me in my work life.
Amy’s unique, approachable style allowed me to see my areas of passion, where opportunities already lie, and gave me the confidence to see where new opportunities could be explored to enable flexible working and the balance I am striving for. Amy re-invigorated my enthusiasm for my career. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Amy helped me expand my thinking about career options and explore ideas that may never have occurred to me. Thanks Amy!
