One-to-one coaching

Using a range of coaching tools and activities to help you identify your strengths, values and motivations in life and at work. One-to-one coaching can help with a broad range of challenges – from performing brilliantly in your current role, to finding the next step in your career. Sessions last an hour and are face-to-face or via Zoom, either during the day or in the evenings to meet your needs​

Career coaching for redundancy

Using coaching tools to help you identify what you’re looking for in your next role, with practical steps of how you’re going to get there. Sessions are structured to meet your specific needs and can include advice on CV writing, job applications and using LinkedIn with confidence. Again, sessions last an hour and are face-to-face or via Zoom, either during the day or in the evenings ​

Leadership profiling

Using psychometric tools, such as the FIRO-B and MBTI, to help you play to your strengths and work on specific development areas as an authentic leader​

First 90 days

A series of 3 coaching sessions helping you to make the best possible impact in your first 90 days in role (including Interview Power Hour as required)​

Confidence, resilience and imposter syndrome

A small group programme to empower you to regain your self-belief and to instill confidence that change is possible.​

Careering into motherhood

 

I was the Resident Career Coach for Careering into Motherhood and am now a founding associate coach on their coaching platform. Careering into Motherhood is a platform for 10,000 women who happen to be mums, all working for a world where motherhood and ambition happily co-exist.
