I work across a range of industries, from the UK’s largest charities to global FMCG, energy and banking clients. My experience includes:

  • MSc Occupational Psychology ​

  • 18 years’ experience designing and delivering assessment, development, and change management solutions

  • 18 years’ experience coaching senior leaders at organisations such as the BBC, NHS, Royal British Legion and Cancer Research UK, to work through a range of issues including leadership challenges, influencing upwards, delegating and maximising team performance; navigating career change and identifying next steps following redundancy; and returning to work following parental leave.​

  • Experienced Action Learning Facilitator with 10 years’ experience facilitating groups at Head and managerial level​

  • Former Resident Career Coach for Careering into Motherhood, a platform of 10,000+ women working towards a world where motherhood and ambition happily co-exist.​

  • Qualified to use a range of psychometric tools, including the OPQ, MBTI and FIRO-B ​

  • Trained as part of the BBC internal coaching network, accredited by the ICF and EMCC. ​
