During Covid my team had nearly doubled. We were coming back into new office spaces and had not worked face-to-face for over 18 months. I wanted to find a way to re-connect.

Following a number of in-depth discussions with Amy, we chose to use the FIRO-B psychometric tool. This provided a cost-effective and engaging approach to understanding team dynamics, helping people recognise where they may be giving out mixed messages and how this could be affecting their relationships with colleagues.

With Amy’s expert support and facilitation we were able to run a whole Directorate session, as well as one more tailored to how Leadership could use the learnings across their teams. I think all of us learnt something about how we may be seen by others that could improve working relationships.
